P/CDT PASCUAL, P/CDT SOSITO, and P/CDT ILUSTRISIMO designated at PASIG CPS were able to have a discussion with PCMS ADRIANO, Assistant Chief Admin, under the supervision of PMAJ RAUL P SALLE, Chief Admin-Pasig CPS, on the functions of the Administrative Section, the work, duties, and responsibilities of personnel assigned to such. We have learned that there are different programs and activities to maintain the morale and welfare of personnel, like rewards given to the best sub-station based on their Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the whole month. Furthermore, to maintain and ensure a high standard of work ethics, personnel are assigned based on their specializations and the training they have undergone for utmost productivity.

Indeed, learning is a continuous process, and it never truly stops. Throughout our lives, we are constantly encountering new information, experiences, and challenges that can help us to grow and develop as individuals.
